The grafted_solution directory holds the solution tree created by grafting together 10234 subproblems described in ../subproblem_solutions/index.html.

Next step: Reattach the taxa that were not present in any phylogenetic estimate; See ../labelled_supertree/index.html

Results:

• ./grafted_solution.tre holds an Newick representation of the solutions grafted together to contain the leaf set of the exemplification step.
• ./grafted_solution_ottnames.tre is the same tree with OTT names in the addition to the ott IDs as taxon labels.
